This has some powerful weight loss and health ingredients. It’s rich in anti-oxidants to promote long term health. It has foods which have been shown in research to help you burn fat and increase muscle.

6oz low fat, sugar free yogurt
1 scoop whey protein powder
2 oz blueberries, fresh
2 – 4 freeze dried acai berry capsules (take the stuff out of the capsules first, and make sure you’re
getting the real thing, as many on the market have been shown to contain minimal acai product)
½ medium sized apple (with skin)
2 cups ice

Loaded with vitamins and minerals, packed with protein, and brimming with proven fat burning foods, this shake can help you lose weight and taste great while doing it. It also packs some Omega 3s for your heart.
