When I started making sure I was getting enough protein, broken up into about 4 different servings a day is when I started to make big gains in both size and strength. Using powder instead oi  just eating more meat and fish let me stay pretty cut while I was getting bigger. Doin&#039;t over do it though, it&#039;s hard on your kidneys.</description>
