Free Printable Exercise Log – A Great Way to Lose Fat Faster

One of the easiest things you can do to make your efforts more effective when you’re trying to lose fat is merely to track your progress. It works great for fat loss, general fitness, or adding pounds of muscle. Write down your progress in a log. A simple, free printable exercise log would be a great help here. I have a log you can use to track your exercise, fat loss, cardio, and weight lifting progress available for your free download.

Studies have been done that prove the effectiveness of just taking the few seconds needed to fill out one of these logs. It’s crazy not to do this when its been proven effective. It’s like driving around the parking lot at the gym to get a better spot, so you won’t have to walk an extra 100 feet to the door for your workout. Sounds just nuts, but people do it every day. I know, because I’ve been one of them.
