I agree that, instead of filling your plate with massive amounts of food per meal, you should fill your plate with small amounts of food, but eat more meals. That way, your body has time to burn the calories from the previous meal before you have the next meal. As a result, you lose more weight.

I&#039;m going to be linking your blog from my site (www.saladsticks.com). After reading quite a bit of your posts, I think more people should have a look at your work as well.
