The rest of the day I actually ate plenty of fat, vegetables and protein. It was easy to throw some broccoli, spinach, blueberries, apples, squirt of fish oil, and a small scoop of protein powder in the Vitamix. Yes it took some getting used to, but after about a month on this breakfast, I had lost 10 pounds, and never felt better. Now I&#039;ve been doing this for about 6 months and have lost 66 pounds. Just remember that you can lose weight. It&#039;s not hopeless.</description>
